Night Blooming Hawaiian Lilies

Endangered Hawaiian gallinule that live in our ponds.  We have counted over 20 different birds that frequent our gardens, including herons, a while owl, 

signing oriental shama (trushes)!

These "Hawaiian ducks" like to live in our liliponds.

We have three small lakes/ponds on the property -- a signing frog's paradise. 

Did we mention we love coconuts and have some everyday?!  We have almost 40 trees on the property.

We collect palm trees, and some rare palms, jungled in everywhere.

Jai has been collecting lily vases lately and Buddha's too.  Also in the left picture is bele, or edible hibiscus -- we collect edible plants as well.

We have two lychee trees (fruit season is June) and one Lugon.  Overall we have about 30 different kinds of fruits on the property.

Tahitian Gardenias. 

Red and green Ti plants (pictured right).  Ti plants are very ornamental, come in many colors, and regarded as sacred by Polynesians.

Dangling Sexy Pinks and Pink Torch Ginger.

Red Carabia, Orange Lobster Claw.  We tend to like the wild jungle look for heliconias.

Other orange-red heliconias.  We have at least 20 kinds of tropical flowers.

Cashew tree fruit (apple with cashew fruit coming out the bottom of the fruit).  Edible flowers (nasturtiums).
